Bassem has 22 years of post-graduate experience and has for the last 18 years established his career and home in Vancouver, BC.

Throughout his career, Bassem has developed the skill and expertise for diverse project types, while engaging with all aspects of the profession. Bassem's passions are design excellence and sustainability, and he manages to incorporate these aspects in his projects regardless of project type or budget constraints. He has successfully delivered complex projects ranging from seniors' housing to schools and complex seismic renovations and correctional facilities.

Bassem joined KMBR in 2012 and his role is leading projects from concept to completion and developing and managing client relationships. Bassem is also a part time lecturer at BCIT (Construction Documents). He became a KMBR Principal in 2013.
