Size: 104 new cell addition plus special management, health and administration for the entire campus.

This is a design-build project for a $45 Million, 104 new high security cell correctional facility addition to the existing Alouette Correctional Centre for Women (ACCW) in Maple Ridge, BC. The project involved design and construction of 4 living units in addition to a special management unit. Also the admission and discharge, health areas, staff areas and administration were added to serve the entire campus.

KMBR's role on the project: Owner's Consultant Architect, Civil Consultant and Commissioning Authority.
