Size: 1,232m2 + approximately 170m2 of mezzanine space adjacent the apparatus bay area.

The new fire hall will include four drive-through apparatus bays sized to accommodate up to eight fire-fighting apparatus, plus amenities. A multi-purpose room will serve as the Osoyoos Emergency Operations Centre. When not needed for emergency operations, this room will be available for community use. The new fire hall will be built to meet "post-disaster" seismic design standards and to meet the standards of durability, life-safety, mechanical-electrical-communications systems, and modern equipment for fire halls. The building is envisioned to achieve a high level of environmental stewardship in conformance with the Town of Osoyoos Integrated Community Sustainability Plan. The project will be submitted to the community for funding referendum in 2014.
